  • After processing, orders are forwarded to CJdropshipping or our suppliers for fulfillment

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service delays
  • Public holidays or peak seasons
  • Unexpected logistics issues

However, we will fully assist you in tracking your order.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the courier:

  • We will offer a replacement or refund
  • Investigation may take a few business days

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
